Baptism Sunday

On Sunday, September 27th, 16 people had it laid on their hearts to get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.  It was such a moving service and such a testament to what the Holy Spirit can do in a place when you invite Him in.  These 16 people, of all age ranges decided to fully give their lives to Christ in symbolism of their flesh dying and He raising them anew.

Have you given your life to Christ?

Have you confessed that Jesus is Lord?

If you answered no to either of these questions, what are you waiting for? This life on this planet is just a tiny fraction of what eternity will be.  We want you to be with The Father when everything is all said and done, and the only way to Him is through Jesus.

If you ansered yes to these questions, I only have one more for you... Is the way you are living proof that Christ is in you?

Our Pastor speaks on all these things here at Thee Encounter Church.  These 16 people are proof of that.  They want it to be known that they are fully committed to living a life like Christ, to be His light in this dark world, and to help make deciples of the nation.

If you haven't yet come in and checked out our church, you should. We, as a whole, pray for the Holy Spirit to move for all of our services, and for God to speak through our pastor to shepherd His flock.

We'd like to send our congratulations for making the choice to be baptized and welcome to the family of Christ to those who were baptized:
